DecideYourCare.org is a network of organizations dedicated to the belief that everyone has the right to know their healthcare options, to state their choices and to feel secure that their families and healthcare professionals will respect those wishes if and when they cannot be expressed. Formerly known as the Caring Coalition of Metro NY, we are a non-profit alliance of healthcare and community organizations to promote advance healthcare decision-making. Our members share the common goal of enhancing access to quality end-of-life information, education and services. The coalition seeks to provide networking opportunities, strengthen collaborative initiatives and promote life care planning for all residents of the Metro New York and New Jersey area.
